For the most anticipated night of the year, we kick off harvest in pure, unadulterated Caldwell-style with a decadent, candle-lit, multi-course, Michelin-starred meal created by Chef Daniel Gomez Sanchez. This year, we're bringing out some extra-special treasures from the hidden corners of our cellar, pouring sumptuous selections of Joy's newest bottlings of exceptionally rare grower Champagne, and featuring a bar showcasing some of the most rarified "One Barrel" bourbons.
