Anything but typical…

Caldwell Vineyard Tasting Experience

Six hundred feet above the valley floor in Napa's southern-most appellation, our 123-acre estate boasts steep hillsides, rolling oak meadows, and rows of grape vines framed by mountain ranges on either side. It’s here that we conspire with mother nature to make a portfolio of two dozen world-class wines.

Join us underground, inside a tasting room carved from solid rock, within the walls of our 20,000 sf cave, to taste five of these wines alongside a ploughman’s platter of artisan cheese and charcuterie carefully paired for your palate pleasure.

Not just wine, we’ll share plenty of stories and tall tales of what’s gone down in our balls-to-the-wall commitment to doing anything in the name of making great wine, how we came to be one of the most diverse vineyards in North America, the particulars of our estate Barrel Cooperage (the only one in the U.S.,) and our Smuggler’s legacy of clones, cops and Cabernet.

By reservation 7 days per week at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm
