Marc couldn’t wait to make a version of our Varietal Cabernet in clay amphora, specifically to showcase our vineyard’s incredible fruit without any influence from new oak. The result is something fresh and scrumptious indeed. GOLD on the other hand, is a particularly exceptional oak barrel expression from the vintage, which means you get to see the effect of what a Master Cooper and 300-year old French oak add to the equation.
