2021 Caldwell Sauvignon Blanc Reserve

We don’t typically think about drought as a good thing, but when it comes to the phenomenal phenolics and mouthfeel of this exceptional white, the concentration of flavors from too little rain made for something ridiculously delicious and special indeed. A remarkably fresh and mineral-driven wine with incredible palate weight and complexity wrought by its year-long repose in French oak, the flavors are completely unique, bouncing between bright green apple, cinnamon toast and big melons.
