2018 SOS Pinot Noir

Sexy and bright-eyed this baby combines youth’s beauty with a wise-man’s soul. One of our favorite Pinot’s in memory, we source the fruit from our neighbor’s Hayne’s Vineyard here in Coombsville. A decadent and plush mouthful of crushed raspberry, violets and dark purple fruit is grounded by earthy tones and velvety structure which cascade into a refined and relatively lengthy cola-inspired finish. Ready to drink, she’ll mature nicely to showcase total integration with a few years of bottle age.
