2018 Caldwell "Silver"

Silver was the first wine we ever made, and each year represents the winemaker’s interpretation of the most noteworthy red blend (Syrah or Cab-based) from our whopping selection of 28 of the world’s best clonal selections. This beauty boasts layers of luscious dark fruits in perfect harmony with pretty acid and serious tannins. This wine is meant to go the distance in the cellar, and although this vintage is lifting its skirt earlier than usual, it will definitely still benefit from age – or for the less patient among us –  decanting for at least a few hours.
