2017 SOS Cabernet Sauvignon

Very close in complexity on the nose to our 2017 Platinum, with layers of black cassis, freshly smoked sweet pipe tobacco, electric blueberry, camphor, perfectly integrated strongly toasted oak, and cured leather. With intense, velvety layers of rich purple plum and lingonberry intertwining with obscenely high levels of tall, elegant tannins, our only 100% Cabernet Sauvignon blend of the year is not built for the faint of heart (or palate).
