Even with its somewhat lean physique, there’s still Caldwell power hidden within its underbelly – full of ripe juicy plum, raspberry leaf tea and fine, dark chocolate tannins. An unusual and intriguing wine, it will pair well with almost any meal you can dream up – from grilled cheese sandwiches to goat’s cheese, to goat. It’s that good.
