Not just a luxury cruise—an adventure in wine, food and place, and a rare chance for unscripted time with some of our favorite people.

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime kind of experience.

Cruising Caldwell-style....

We can't wait to spend 10 days on an ultra-luxury yacht, eating and drinking our way through the Mediterranean, with some of our favorite people.

Organized by the taste-making globetrotters at Food & Wine Trails, the itinerary should impress even the most jaded among us — though, truth be told, it's the company we'll be travelling with that excites us as much as Venice or Rome.

The boat itself is worth the trip. An uber-luxe yacht with room for only 448 guests, with fine-dining restaurants, gorgeous living suites and huge, open deck spaces will make every moment at sea a full service experience.

While there will be plenty of things planned for each port, we're excited to host a few exclusive tastings and a no-holds-barred kind of vintner dinner and, of course, plenty of time set aside to break bread and get to know each other better, one glass at a time.

All Aboard

The boat itself is worth the trip. An uber-luxe boutique hotel on the water, ILMA is the Ritz Carlton’s newest and most badass yacht. With room for only 448 of us, there’s a 1:1 guest-to-crew ratio which means even if we need a midnight oatmeal bath, or hand-peeled grapes, there’s a good chance they’ll find a way to make it happen. Fine-dining restaurants, gorgeous living suites and huge, open deck spaces… it’s a perfect blend of extravagance and comfort, and a floating canvas for effortless time together.

We’re Talking Luxury Baby….

  • All rooms are luxury suites with private, ocean-view terrace
  • Personal concierge services for all
  • Pre-paid gratuities
  • Beverages both in-suite and throughout the yacht
  • Complimentary in-suite bottle of Champagne upon arrival
  • Multiple dining venues and 24-hour in-suite dining
  • Michelin-inspired, fine dining SETA SU restaurant (fee applies, reservation required)
  • Onboard entertainment and enrichment programs
  • Marina-style platform for water fun while anchored

Pro Tip: The Ritz Carlton land excursions fill up quickly so don’t wait too long to register, and make sure to select a few of the options before they sell out.

Beyond the Ship, Joy’s Pre-Cruise Adventure

Save the Date…
We’re planning a 5-night pre-cruise trip around Venice and the Dolomite Mountains – specifically for the purpose of treasure-hunting the region’s greatest wines, Michelin-starred dining experiences, and off-the-radar hot spots – no pressure, no presets.

If this sounds like your kind of fun, get on the list for the itinerary. (Available only to those registered for the cruise.)
