The tropical dominated nose is highlighted by star fruit, orange zest, jasmine and lingering minerality. A fresh pear attack leads to a juicy balanced mouth of guava and lemon-lime. The integrated minerality gives way to a long, crisp finish of orange peel and kaffir lime leaves.
